Opinions and Recommendations on "Exploring the Growth Mechanism of Future Industry Investment, Seizing Development Opportunities, and Enhancing the Endogenous Driving Force for the High-Quality Development of the Capital" is compiled by Vitalization International Institute and other institutions. This achievement is a special research report on the key consultation topic of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in 2025, namely "Exploring the Growth Mechanism of Future Industry Investment, Seizing Development Opportunities, and Enhancing the Endogenous Driving Force for the High-Quality Development of the Capital". Through 13 on-site investigations and seminars, the research gathered wisdom from multiple parties, systematically analyzed the current situation, advantages and challenges of Beijing's future industries, and formed six systematic suggestions focusing on the core of "investment growth mechanism", including strengthening top-level design and legislation, building an international talent special zone, improving the "patient capital" system, innovating the basic data system, strengthening the traction of platform scenarios, and stimulating the vitality of market entities. These suggestions aim to systematically break through the development bottlenecks and transform the capital's resource advantages into industrial and rule advantages. This achievement has received official replies from the leading officials of Beijing Municipality, providing policy-making support for Beijing to lay out future industries and enhance innovation momentum.
